Open Question: how do u like my finished poem?
Just Another Day copyright i wake up, feeling tired as hell it is humanly impossible to ignore that alarm bell i can barely walk and i feel so cold my memory's shot, why do i feel so old? i show up to work 5 minutes late the elevator closes even tho i yell "wait!" i run up the stairs, gasping for air everyone in the office is giving me glares out of breath, i honestly don't care is there a water fountain anywhere near here? everyone ignores me, i wonder what it could be until i see my boss, patiently waiting for me late again he asks do u even no what time it is? wont happen again sir and this i am positive got caught up in traffic you know how bad it is yadda yadda son this isn't politics I get to work overtime, the boss's gracious gift I get out to the lot, Buzz Killington asks for a lift its out of the way and i'm low on gas doesn't help either that this guys a total *** his mouth doesn't close, its open 24/7 i hear the word goodbye and i get a taste of heaven i arrive home asap, to catch up on some sleep while im in the shower i hear my cellphone creep a text from my friend who drives a Mercedes benz tells me "hurry downstairs before the party ends!" i text him ok, ill be on the way smile as i hurry downstairs, wow, just another day

Hi There I am 7 weeks pregnant and completely lacking in energy, i wake up at 7 45 and get to work at half past 9, i work full time and work 1 week of 3 days and 1 week of 7 days on the trot, as i am working etc i don't have much time to rest apart from when i have my lunch at 12 by which point my energy has gone straight down even though i have eaten and perhaps had a quick 10 min shut eye (not sleep though) or relaxing. come 1 o clock in the afternoon i am exhausted and just want to curl up into a little ball and zonk out, i do come home and sleep sometimes but tend to oversleep ( i set a alarm but dismiss it and nod back off) only to find i have ended up sleeping 4 hours straight and cannot sleep 100% during the night. does any of this make sense or am i babbling? lol i was just wondering if anybody had any tips to help me along with the exhausting state i am in in the afternoons, i know if my body needs rest then i should but i work so am not able to do that and am worried about anybody catching me slacking off work. please help. xxx BTW- i am taking pregnacare which has all my vitamins i need and folic acid.

My wife got into a spat with my mother, and then accused me of taking sides with her when I told them both I did not want to be involved. I assumed since they were both adults, I would stay out of it, and allow them to work out their arguement. Then my wife got upset at me, and we had an arguement over it. I was only upset because my wife assured me they had worked out their differences two weeks before, when they really hadn't. Anyhow, my wife ends up calling a friend of hers, hops in the car, and leaves. I find out later they dropped her off at the police station, and she went in crying, talking about domestic violence. The police I spoke with said there was nothing wrong with her, and when they told her she wasn't a victim, she left. I found out later she made a call to her sister and said she was in a Safe Home and was undergoing counselling. Now, my wife came here on a K1 fiancee Visa, and we have not yet filed for her AOS/EAD. We got married within the required 90 days, and for now she's considered in limbo status until we retrieve the funds for the AOS. There are many other factors involved, but here's my concern. She's been gone for 1.5 weeks now at this Safe Home, and has made no contact with me or the 2 children. She hasn't even gotten online to check any of her accounts--which is highly unusual. I have no way of getting any message to her. I put a missing persons report out, and the officers found her, and said she was OK, but did not want me to know where she was, and would be in contact at a later time. I have undergone counselling myself over all of this, and I want to work my marriage out. I love her more than anything, and so do the children. We've all been crying and broken together over this whole mess, and my kids nor myself are even able to eat right. My children are from a previous marriage, and their last mother walked out on us after 7 years after cheating on me with another married man. They've been hurt once already, and I cannot bare for them to go through it again--I don't want to go through it again either. I've given my wife everything she needs--except for her AOS papers so far, and even that was only a few months away from being submitted. In fact, I had made some arrangements to have them done by December. I work long hours, and I know she's stuck at home a lot. She's also suffered from a pschologically challenging miscarriage, has no relatives anywhere nearby, and is a professional career woman wanting to work, and stuck being a housewife until I submit her papers. I understand the many challenges she's endured, and I know it can get boring being at home while kids are at school and I'm at work. She is free to go anywhere she wants, though. I even started taking her with me to work a lot of times, and offered to let her go help run a side business I have so she can kill time. I took her out to eat almost everyday, went to the movies each week, and went to parks, etc. I guess that's not good enough, and I have to do these things inbetween a hectic schedule where I work 10-16 hours a day. I'm exhausted most of the time. I want to help her through it, and make things more exciting, but now she's just left without looking back. I discovered that immigrant women who claim domestic violence can get their papers expedited for free living in these shelter homes, and the spouses won't even be questioned. My concern is, will my wife come home and try to work things out? Is she really getting proper counselling on how to have a happy marriage? Or did she have it planned from the begining to provoke my family so she could take the first offending situation, and go get her citizenship more quickly? I'm very confused and not sure what actions to take. She did not take anything with her except her wedding rings, house/car keys/alarm fob, her documents, and only the clothes she brought with her from the Philippines. Is there hope for us? We love her so much, and want her to come home. Sad citizen. By the way, let me mention also that whenever we're together, we have the most amazing chemistry and relationship. There's really nothing lacking physically. I imagine I have just not been emotionaly supportive enough through all of the adjustments she's gone through. Is it normal for asain/malaysian women to leave like this? I understand people need space, but she hasn't made communication at all. At least I'm counselled and prepared to give her the emotional support upon her return. I'll do anything I can to make things work out. To answer your question: We've known each other for 2.5 years. We both have clean records, and have never been charged for anything. I've taken this time to get extremely close to my children and show them every ounce of love that I have. I am really close to my kids, and I think she showed jealously toward them a lot of times as well because of that. I've let them know it's not their fault. I just want my Baby to come home to us. We love and miss her. If she is genuine, then that's all I care about. I will glaldy forgive this, move on, and count it as a chapter of our lives down the road that helped us become closer together. I don't even want to think about the alternatives. I do not want to break apart. I'll change myself in any way I can to make her happy. I'm prepared and waiting. In repsonse: Yes, any immigrant that claims to be victim of any domestic violence, physical, verbal, psychological, etc., can self petition through a shelter without the help of their spouses. It's a loophole discovered some years ago due to the VAWA, and many immigrants seek to abuse the system because of it. I am just hoping and praying that is not her intention, after the wonderful marriage we've had. I would have never suspected it, and I'm usually very discerning when it comes to people and personalities.

i e-mail kohls customer service a question. here's the question : one day i went to kohl's at mall , when i walk out of kohl's with another customer ,the alarm rang Then the guy(the customer who walk out with me at the same time) smiled at me , and he went to the cashier ( he have brought something from kohl's i think , he've a shopping bag with him) and took out the items from the bag and show off the receipt , then he walks out with the bag again . I think the alarm also rang when he steps out , i can't remember. i assume If he steals something , then he can't walk out so easily . But i didn't steal anything and i didn't buy anything either expect i'm wearing a dress i bought from kohl's a long time ago , but i already cut off the tag when i bought it home . then i stood there for a while and see if the cashier and the mature lady(maybe she's a manager) who stand next to her will asked me to go to them and let them check my purse , but they didn't waved at me or come to me or anything , so i just go out , but when i go out , the alarm rang again ! so i stop again and giving sign like what's happening ? what's wrong with the alarm ? also i was checking if they still need to asked me to go to them , but again , they didn't call me or anything , so i just leave. n they didn't run to get me when i leave either , i didn't walk too fast. so what i'm asking is , Will they think i steal something and leave without letting them to check my purse ? I'm worry that they'll accuse me of robbery or something , there's also a video camera that record my face . is there anything wrong with the alarm ? I also went back to kohl's after 3 hour later , i was thinking , if they really think i've done something , they'll catch me when i walk in to kohl's , but nobody come out to talk to me and when i leave the store ,the alarm didn't rang anymore . I think it's a frightful experience for me , it really stop me from shopping at kohls anymore . i used to shop at kohls. __ it was only a question . actually ,i ask the same question here at yahoo answer and also ask my friend n my mom . the day this thing happened is like a month ago , but one of the answer i get from yahoo answer is '' don't know what ur problem is , just report ur concerns back to kohls'' so i ask kohls customer service this question in order to get a correct answer( so foolish of me !) now i feel so stupid n regret . i just thought it's a question ... now the customer service didn't give me a answer and they respond : Thank you for your comments regarding your recent Kohl?s visit. Please respond back, with your original e-mail attached, and the exact location of the Kohl's store in question. I would like to forward your comments to the store?s Management Team for follow up within their store. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. If you need additional assistance please respond to this email so we may assist you further. -- what does this email mean ?i don't understand it. why can't they answer my question right now or do they really suspicious of what i do ? especially , what does that '' follow up'' mean ?what does ''Kohl's store in question'' mean? at first , i thought they just need to know my e-mail and the kohls i shop so the kohls i shop could answer my question themself . but after i tell my mom to look at this e-mail , my mom got mad ! she said '' i already told u there's nothing to worry bot ! why did u ask kohls for ? now u r just adding trouble on u ! Read the answer...Open Question: Recovering Losses from an Apartment Fire?
Just yesterday my mother's apartment burned down. The apartment is located right above a restaurant that caused the fire. Thankfully, no one was injured or killed. My mother's apartment was severely destroyed, more than the others. I went to ground zero this afternoon, and I found a bulldozer taking down the apartment from behind. The left side of the building was unharmed due to a firewall protecting it. The right side, where my apartment was, is completely gone. I doubt that she will be able to recover anything from the rubble. What really made me mad was when I was told about the firemen and their ignorance. I was not there, but according to the story I heard, the firemen had to be called in by another tenant as the building's fire alarm was not functioning. They came about a half hour later. After they came, it took them another half hour to find out how to open the doors to the restaurant because they did not want to smash the windows. They went to the owners house to ask for the key...while the building was burning. I was told that they could have saved the building, they didn't even begin spraying the building down immediately and waited for about a half hour. I also can't help but think that there was some kind of mafia involvement or that the house was burned for an insurance settlement. We do not have home or renter's insurance. It is likely that the owner will be getting no less than a million dollars in insurance money, while the tenants will not receive a penny. I can understand if it was our fault, if we has started the fire, but that is not the case here. We are paying for this because of the restaurant. Now I'm not sure how this works, but I need to find out whats going on and get to the bottom of this. Anyone have any tips to investigate this matter? Also, should I attempt to contact a lawyer to possibly help me with this case? I just can't rest until we are compensated for our loss, especially since it's not our fault and that we lost everything. We just bought new furniture, a nice 50" plasma with a Bose sound system. A ton of jewelry which include gold and diamonds. Not to mention all of the priceless personal belongings. My mother is in very bad financial shape now, all of her savings was in cash which all got burned. We did not have any type of insurance to cover all of this. My point is, I am here to ask if there is anything I can legally do to be compensated by the restaurant or the building owner or even fire department for their ignorance? The fire alarm was not functioning, there is a great possibility that it was turned off by the owner ( I know this for a fact, but I'm not sire how I can prove this).
